ICD Welcomes two new shareholders

ICD Group is pleased to announce that Hazlett Limited and Precise Agronomy Limited have become shareholders.

Hazlett has been an associate member since October 2024 and became a shareholder in late August. Scott, Mel and the dedicated Hazlett Agronomy team have been excellent participants and contributors at the group table over the two seasons since joining, and we are delighted to see them progress to shareholder status. ICD Group is also pleased to formally welcome Precise Agronomy Limited as a new shareholder, effective 9 September 2026. Founded in 2018 by Callum and Rachel Smith, Precise Agronomy provides practical agronomy advice, quality seed and crop protection products to farmers across Central Otago and the wider Otago/Southland region. We extend a warm welcome to Callum, Rachel and their team, and look forward to their involvement in ICD Group.
